1. Services
1Paro provides on-demand roadside assistance, courier services, returns, and general errands. Our roadside services include jump starts, tire changes, lockouts, fuel delivery, basic diagnostics, and vehicle repositioning for safety.
We do not provide towing, vehicle transport, or mechanical repair services.

2. Vehicle Movement
By requesting roadside assistance, you understand and agree that 1Paro may help reposition or move your vehicle only to a safe nearby location. We do not tow, haul, or transport vehicles to any destination, including repair shops or homes.
3. User Responsibility
You agree that:

You are authorized to request service for the vehicle

The vehicle is legally accessible

You provide accurate location and vehicle information
You are responsible for the condition of your vehicle.
4. Payment
Payment is due upon completion of service. Prices shown are base prices and may vary depending on location, time, and service complexity.
5. Service Availability
Arrival times are estimates only. Traffic, weather, and prior calls may affect response time.
6. Damage Disclaimer
1Paro is not responsible for pre-existing vehicle conditions or mechanical failures. We are not responsible for damages resulting from unsafe vehicle condition, improper installation of parts, or failure of vehicle systems.
7. Cancellations
If a service is canceled after a technician has been dispatched, a service or travel fee may apply.
8. No Warranty
Services are provided “as is” and without warranties of any kind.
9. Limitation of Liability
1Paro’s liability is limited to the amount paid for the service. We are not responsible for indirect or consequential damages.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah.
